Has been going around through several accounts stealing art and characters!! Report the stolen images and block this person. 
They seem to go for closed species and unique characters.

DolphyDolphiana1 read on ThisAccountIsDead462 's profile that they are moving accounts, and STATED they're taking the dolphin character, then uploaded it as their icon and LEFT it up for 5 months.
